Our challenge was to celebrate the new Cobra Mustang series for a promotional t-shirt that wouldn’t be just another throw away dealership shirt. So we designed a theme that showed a fierce mustang cobra with a cobra coiled and ready to strike. Step on this and expect lethal performance of a fast, aggressive machine made for not the faint at heart, but for the daring.
The vector art of the Mustang was colored with racing stripes and finished in photoshop. The cobras were images of a cobra that was chromed and rasterized. Grass was added and smoke coming from the tires. As well as the legend of the Cobra in spirit form. Accents of shine and glean were added to finish a polish look.
