
ScottFord wanted a brand new image to not only sell homes to affluent buyers but also to do new construction for new single family communities. To the left was their original logo and look.

Created their brand that represented luxury and class. Their cards were printed on 120 Linen stock with thermographics that heated the ink around the border to look like crusted gold nuggets. The medallion of their logo was printed with gold leafing. The rest was 2 spot colors. Below are just some samples of extending their brand across all of their marketing materials. Such as their real estate sales sheets, new construction development investments, brochures and press kit items.
